The youngster, who is at present a student of United Universal Comprehensive College, Ikotun, Lagos, told Sports247 that he is already on his way toward living his dream, as he learns the ropes of youth football under the keen eyes of Coach Abbey Oseni at Rising Stars FC, which he joined in 2025.<\/p>\n
\u201cAlthough it was only last year that I joined Coach Abbey\u2019s club at Community Primary School near Ikotun, I\u2019ve already learnt a lot of football skills under him, and I\u2019m still learning more. I believe that I will one day become good enough to play for Arsenal.<\/p>\n
\u201cI also learn a lot from watching Ronaldo and Osimhen play. Although I am an attacking midfielder, I combine what Ronaldo and Osimhen do as strikers to make my efforts better as a playmaker. Both of them can also play as wingers, and they can score great goals.<\/p>\n
\u201cThose are the assets that make me admire them more, and I believe that I will not only be like them when I get older, I will even surpass what they have achieved. I believe that I can become Africa\u2019s best player like Osimhen and even win the Ballon d\u2019Or, like Ronaldo has done five times,\u201d Abayomi enthused.<\/p>\n
Sports247 reports further that Abayomi is also thinking of becoming the next lad to celebrate from Ikotun, following the exploits of former home-based national team goalkeeper, Femi Thomas and former Almeria of Spain midfielder, Ramon Azeez, who played for the Super Eagles at the 2014 FIFA World Cup.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
