A fast-rising left-full-back at FROLTISH Football Academy of Ijesha Express, Lagos, Omotayo Oluwasogo has disclosed that he has a burning ambition to play for Benfica of Portugal in the future.<\/p>\n

The former student of Aguda Grammar School in Surulere area of Lagos told Sports247 that he loves the smooth, stylish and skilful approach that Portuguese football is known for.<\/p>\n

Oluwasogo, who preferred commercial subjects during his days in school, disclosed: \u201cI love Portuguese football, and that\u2019s why I want to play for Benfica as a professional footballer.<\/p>\n

\u201cI also love the style of Nigeria\u2019s Calvin Bassey, who plays for Fulham of England, and former AC Milan of Italy left-back, Theo Hernandez, who is now in Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey are the two players that I like to watch, and I add their skills to my own style. By gaining inspiration from the two of them, I believe God will help me to achieve my dreams.\u201d<\/p>\n

He also thanked the head coach and technical director of FROLTISH Football Academy, Umoette Athan (aka Lapa) for helping him emerge as the team\u2019s player of the season during their end of year party on Saturday.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
