Dialight Football Academy dismantled Arewa United 4-0 to secure a slot in the Round of 16 of the ongoing Ibro Peckham Football Competition in the final Group H encounter on Matchday-3 at NUD playing ground, Olose.<\/p>\n

Tijani Damilola opened the scoring in the 16th minute after a horrible defense line of the opponent before Omolaolu Seun who scored the winner in the last game against Young Star also scored the second in the game before half time.<\/p>\n

And the second half continued in a lively back and forth fashion, though Dialight FA maintained overall control and added to the tally with Peter Abraham slotted in another effort away from a possible clearance not met by Arewa United defender to make it 3-0 in the 49th minute.<\/p>\n

A few minutes to the final whistle, Salahudeen Shuaibu added to the tally in the 63rd minutes and certified his side for a place in the Round of 16<\/p>\n

After the 3-1 group match opener defeat to Ilerika FC, Dialight FA have won a back to back game, 1-0 against Young Star and 4-0 against Arewa United, they now sit comfortably on the second position with a point behind table topper Ilerika FC who are on 7-points from three games.<\/p>\n

Next, Dialight FA will now face the table topper from Group G- Platinum Boiz on Friday November 5th 2025 for the Round of 16 fixtures by 3pm.<\/p>\n
