Nigeria manager Jose Peseiro has underlined that Samuel Chukwueze’s transfer to Italian powerhouse AC Milan will be beneficial to the Super Eagles.<\/p>\n

Chukwueze ended a six-year association with Villarreal in July by putting pen to paper on a five-year contract with the\u00a0Rossoneri.<\/p>\n

With all due respect to Villarreal, the Diamond Academy product is now rubbing shoulders with top players such as Isma\u00ebl Bennacer, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Olivier Giroud, Rafael Le\u00e3o, Christian Pulisic, Th\u00e9o Hernandez and Fikayo\u00a0Tomori at AC Milan.<\/p>\n

Peseiro is delighted to see Chukwueze\u00a0join fellow Nigeria internationals\u00a0Maduka Okoye and Isaac Success (Udinese), Tyronne Ebuehi (Empoli), Ademola Lookman (Atalanta), Victor Osimhen (Napoli) and Simeon Tochukwu Nwankwo (Salernitana) in the Serie A.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Portuguese tactician gave minutes to four players based in the Serie A in Nigeria’s last international against\u00a0S\u00e3o Tom\u00e9 and Pr\u00edncipe and the players accounted for five of the six goals netted by the Super Eagles.\u00a0<\/p>\n
