David James is adamant Declan Rice has an easy choice to make after Manchester City late interest in the West Ham midfielder who is Arsenal\u2019s radar.<\/p>\n

Arsenal were said to be in the driving seat for a deal for the Chelsea academy graduate but things have changed in the last few days.<\/p>\n

The North London club were said to have a gentleman agreement with West Ham but Declan Rice leading West London club to the UEFA Europa Conference League has reportedly increased his market value.<\/p>\n

Arsenal insisting on paying the initial agreed fee and also payment structure have allowed Manchester City to get on the scene.<\/p>\n

With both clubs now in a chase for the English midfielder, David James believes he has a simple decision to make.<\/p>\n

\u201cDeclan Rice is top drawer and Manchester City are the best team in Europe probably gonna be the best team in the world in a few months once they win the World Cup championship. <\/p>\n
