Football Academy Cups and Awards (FACA) is an initiative developed under the auspices of Scouters Sports Management Limited (SSML), a registered company based in Abuja, Nigeria. SSML was founded in 2020 with the primary objective of managing sports athletes. The specific focus on football academy cups and awards was established with the formation of FACA in 2021.<\/p>\n

Mission and Objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n

FACA seeks to uphold grass root sport development by providing skillful players in football with a wide range of opportunities in sports, thus improving their mental, physical, and social well-being. FACA aims to identify, nurture, and promote young football talent in Africa, particularly among individuals aged between 16 and 20 years old. The organization is committed to promoting sports culture, youth development, and grassroots football through various initiatives, including talent scouting, Tournaments, educational support, and organizing annual sports competitions.<\/p>\n

Activities and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

FACA is responsible for scouting talented young footballers from diverse localities in Africa and beyond. We facilitates registrations, screenings, participation, and organization of football competitions, as well as training for shortlisted coaches as well as exceptional players who have proven their prowess on the field. ensuring a structured platform for showcasing talent.<\/p>\n

FACA undertakes marketing activities to promote its initiatives and attract sponsors.
\nThe organization offers rewards and incentives to motivate participants and support their development.<\/p>\n
