Fritish Football Academy Lure Grassroots Personalities To Their End Of Year Parley

The management of Fritish Football Academy of Ijeshatedo, Lagos has taken a huge step by inviting many esteemed grassroots personalities to their end of year get-together scheduled for this Saturday, Sports247 reports

The youth development team, whose sponsors are based in Europe, has taken the bull by the horn in naming the secretary-general of Nigerian Grassroots Football Federation (NGFF), Oscar Ezinwa Emmanuel as chairman of the day.

‘TM’ Oscar is expected to lead a posh essemble of other esteemed grassroots football personalities to the event, which is scheduled to begin at 11am in the sports hall of Olympic Field, near the headquarters of Lord’s Chosen Church.

The president of Fritish Sports International, Friday Ebeye, who is an Italy-based former footballer, said the event on Saturday will not just be about wining and dining, but will include intellectual presentations by some of the invitees.

He thanked the team’s head coach and sporting director, Umoette Athan for keeping the flag flying while the founders and financiers supply all necessary support and material from Europe.

Also listed among the top brass of Fritish Sports International are Alhaji Mido Saka (first vice-president), Oluwole Olaolu (second vice-president), Timothy Ebeye (general manager), Adebiyi Adebayo (secretary-general) and Adewale Fatusin (chief scout).
