He is a seasoned public health leader with over 20 years of experience in global public health. He has led transformative health initiatives, including Guam’s centralized disease control program and the use of mobile technology for tuberculosis treatment adherence in the Western Pacific. His cross-cultural expertise enhances his ability to deliver impactful, culturally sensitive public health interventions.

Beyond his public health work, Chima is deeply passionate about football. A certified coach and accomplished national team goalkeeper coach , he brings the same dedication and leadership to the sport as he does to his professional career.

His commitment to teamwork and discipline on the field mirrors the excellence of his work in public health, where his team was recognized as global TB Champions. Chima continues to inspire both on the field and in the global public health arena. Chima is currently the Chairman Person of the Guam Football Association Strategic Review Committee (2022-2026)
