Biography

Ghada Al Jurdi is a Certified Sports Management Professional with over 15 years of experience in sports education, coaching, and team management. She holds an MS in Sports Management and a License in Physical Education & Sport from the Lebanese University. Ghada has served as Lebanon Youth National Team Manager (2019–2024), overseeing U14–U20 Women’s National Teams, managing logistics, schedules, and staff coordination. In 2024, she worked internationally with the Guam Women’s National Team as Assistant Manager for U17 and WNT squads, supporting logistics and team preparation.

She also serves as a Professor at the University of Science and Art Lebanon, delivering lectures and practical sessions in sports education, and as an Athletics Referee for the Lebanese Athletics Federation, officiating national and international competitions since 2015. Earlier, she taught physical education in various Lebanese schools (2006–2023), building strong foundations in sports training for youth.

Her credentials include AFC Futsal Coaching Licenses (Level 1 & 2), FIFA Football Coaching certification, and training in sports development and autism management. Fluent in Arabic (native), English, and French, she combines communication skills with leadership in multicultural settings. She has also contributed to community service initiatives, including roles in the Arab School Championship, Special Olympics Lebanon, and Beirut Marathon.

Ghada’s strengths lie in sports management, coaching, officiating, and academic training, with a proven ability to manage diverse teams, foster youth sports development, and contribute to international competitions.
