Spirit Of ‘Baba Super’ Comes Alive At Ikotun Community Primary School

The memory of a renowned grassroots football organiser fondly called ‘Baba Super’ has come alive at Ikotun Community Primary School in Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos State, Sports247 reports.

This is sequel to the emergence of one of his sons, Oseni Idris Adewale, as a youth football coach, mentor, and competition organiser on the same pitch where his father used to hold sway.

To make the memory of his dad linger better and fresher every day, the ‘new marshal’ of the arena recently adopted his father’s nickname for himself and his fast-growing youth development venture which is now known as Super Accurate Football Academy.

The youthful talent builder, now fondly called ‘Coach Super,’ has gone one step further in adding modern dimensions to his developmental efforts, which have been boosted by his acquisition of a very strong connection with Remo Stars FC of Ikenne, which regularly extends scholarships to his best talents.

However, rather than just devote himself to only training and promoting future stars on the hard surface of the arena polularly known as ‘Community Field,’ located at the beginning of Abaranje/Ijegun Roads, ‘Coach Super’ has stepped up into organising competitions as well.

Consequently, Sports247 was on hand this Thursday to witness an exciting day at his latest and ongoing competition, as the host team, Super Accurate FA, defeated De Loyal FA 3-0 in one of the day’s fixtures.

An excited ‘Coach Super’ stated afterwards that the under-13 boys competition, which is named in memory of his father, will come to a pulsating end this Saturday with two turbo charged finals at the same venue.

So, Ikotun Community Primary School is sure to start luring spectators from the early hours of Saturday and is bound to be filled to the brim by the time the first final kicks-off at 2pm, with Sports247 also expected to be there live.
