Football Academy Cups and Awards (FACA) scouts for interested younger lads between ages of 16 and 19 years from every available space in every locality where talented kids reside, promoting sport culture and youth development, financing, rewarding, provision of educational supports, creating awareness of the benefits of youth and sports development and organizing annual sports competitions in form of sports maiden editions among youth.

As a result of the aforementioned intents, FACA is saddled with the responsibilities of ensuring registrations, participation, organizations of competitions, marketing and giving rewards as incentives for motivation.

This has led us into conceptualizing the FACA project into a football academy tournament which defines our current objective to ensure the deescalation of crime rates among youth in Nigeria, promoting and developing every aspect of the game, from grassroots to professional, and to achieve significant positive change for individuals, through improving mental, physical and social well being.
